The Brief
The National Commission for Museums and Monuments (NCMM) wanted to reintroduce itself to a modern audience and demonstrate that heritage can be both preserved and reimagined. The goal was to create an evening that bridged tradition with digital technology. NCMM needed an experience that would spark cultural pride, deepen its partnership with IHS Towers, and position the commission as a forward thinking institution ready for a digital future.
Our Plan
We designed a contemporary cultural showcase built around ambience, storytelling, and tactile engagement. We transformed the venue with a full experience arc. From a branded entrance tunnel to an elegant stage setup, LED screens, cultural artifacts, and ambient lighting. Every installation was crafted to remind guests that history can be immersive and modern at the same time.
What We Executed
We delivered a fully built environment with stage, trussing, screens, banners, stanchion guided flows, cultural displays, registration stations, and a seamless guest journey. Setup was completed four hours before kick off to allow for testing and rehearsals. Hostesses managed guest movement. Performers elevated the atmosphere. The production team delivered a smooth program flow from welcome moments to final remarks.

The Result
The event became a polished blend of heritage and innovation. Guests enjoyed a well structured and engaging experience that projected NCMM as a digitally ready custodian of culture. Brand visibility was strong across photo zones and content surfaces. Engagement was high from start to finish. The dance troupe, DJ, and MC delivered memorable moments that kept guests energized. The event strengthened the NCMM and HIS Towers relationship and set a new benchmark for culturally driven modern showcases.
