CeraVe Mall Pop-Up Experience — March 2026
The Brief
CeraVe set out to connect more directly with Nigerian consumers by bringing its dermatologist-developed skincare experience to Ikeja City Mall, Lagos, through a seven-day interactive pop-up.
More than a product showcase, the activation was designed to make skincare education practical and accessible. It aimed to increase brand awareness, encourage product trials, and build consumer trust through personalised guidance from dermatologists and skincare professionals.
Exposé’s Plan
We created a modern and accessible skincare environment built around consultation, education, discovery, and hands-on product experience.
The pop-up featured a dermatologist consultation desk, interactive product stations, tabletop mirrors, photo props, branded signage, CeraVe lettering, and oversized cleanser and moisturiser mock-ups.
Shoppers received personalised skin consultations, explored product textures, learned how to use cleansers and moisturisers correctly, and received samples and curated gift packs. Customers who purchased CeraVe products from the retail outlet also received complimentary packs, connecting product education directly with purchase.
The Result
The seven-day pop-up gave CeraVe a strong and trusted presence within one of Lagos’ busiest retail environments.
Shoppers engaged with the brand through dermatologist consultations, live demonstrations, sampling, product testing, and personalised skincare education. The oversized product displays attracted attention, while the consultation area created a professional setting for deeper conversations.
By combining expert advice, product trial, education, and purchase incentives, the activation strengthened CeraVe’s positioning as an accessible, dermatologist-developed skincare brand and turned an ordinary mall visit into a practical product-discovery experience.
